His international reach, particularly in markets like Korea, Japan, and Indonesia, exemplifies the global perspective he brought to the industry. Bill’s boutique agency approach allowed him to deliver personalised service while maintaining a diverse client base—something Jackson has inherited and values in his own business practice.

Licensed in 1990, Karl’s career spanned some of Australia’s most prestigious real estate projects. His time with PRD Realty and Villa World Limited saw him managing large-scale developments like the 298-villa Forest Gardens project in Melbourne and the 560-lot College Green estate in Brisbane. Karl’s success in project marketing and his leadership roles, generating over $120 million in annual sales, reflected his ability to adapt to market trends and deliver exceptional results.

Michael’s recognition as ‘Agent of the Year’ by The Australian and his consistent top-tier performance at Ray White have cemented his status as one of the industry's elite.
